Your Mission
The Head of People Business Areas will align HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success on a global scale. This role will cultivate a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. The role will ensure consistent implementation of HR practices across all regions in collaboration with Affiliate People teams and Corporate People & Sustainability Centers of Expertise.
Your Role
You will develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that support the goals and growth of the business areas, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage People function in business areas providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across the business areas.
- Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to harmonize policies and practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.

Requirements
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism.
You will rock at this role if you match with:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in International environments. Experience within pharma industry preferred.
- Experience in managing teams in an international environment.
- Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening).
- Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programs (SAP preferred).
- Ability to partner with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required.
- Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills.
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
