Misión
La misión del Head of People Business Areas, incluyendo operaciones comerciales, Marketing y Acceso al Mercado, es alinear las estrategias de RRHH con los objetivos comerciales, impulsando el crecimiento y el éxito a escala global. Este rol se centra en cultivar una cultura de alto rendimiento, atraer y retener talento de alta calidad, y fomentar un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo. Asegura la implementación consistente de prácticas de RRHH en todas las regiones en colaboración con equipos de RRHH de afiliados y centros de expertos de RRHH y Sostenibilidad Corporativa. Además, el rol gestiona el desarrollo organizacional y las iniciativas de cambio, asegurando que la organización se adapte a los cambios del mercado y mantenga una ventaja competitiva. Finalmente, el rol integra las prácticas de RRHH con los objetivos comerciales para apoyar la excelencia organizacional en general.
Tu rol
Desarrolla e implementa estrategias y iniciativas de RRHH globales que apoyen los objetivos y el crecimiento de las áreas comerciales, incluyendo la gestión de talento, la planificación de la fuerza laboral y el desarrollo organizacional.
- Lidera y gestiona la función de RRHH en las áreas comerciales, proporcionando dirección estratégica, coaching y apoyo para asegurar la alineación con los objetivos comerciales.
- Colabora con líderes senior y jefes de área comercial para identificar y abordar desafíos y oportunidades relacionados con RRHH.
- Impulsa la participación de los empleados, la gestión del rendimiento y la planificación de la sucesión en las áreas comerciales.
- Asegura la implementación efectiva de programas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión para fomentar un lugar de trabajo inclusivo.
- Supervisa las operaciones de RRHH globales, asegurando el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y regulaciones locales en todas las ubicaciones corporativas y de afiliados.
- Monitorea y analiza métricas de RRHH para informar la toma de decisiones y la planificación estratégica.
- Colabora con equipos de RRHH locales para armonizar políticas y prácticas, asegurando la consistencia y alineación con los valores y objetivos de la empresa.

Requisitos
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
Debes ser una persona con empatía, humildad, curiosidad y optimismo.
Debes destacar en:
- Al menos 8-10 años de experiencia en un rol de Asesor de RRHH con conocimientos y experiencia en entornos internacionales. Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica es preferida.
- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos en un entorno internacional
- Excelente dominio del inglés (escritura, habla, escucha)
- Considerable experiencia trabajando con un conjunto de programas de RRHH (SAP preferido)
- Capacidad para colaborar con líderes de negocio en entornos comerciales complejos y dinámicos.
- Capacidad para lograr resultados en un entorno de alta velocidad.
- Compromiso con la mejora continua y el desarrollo de habilidades.
- Capacidad para formar relaciones fuertes con stakeholders internos y externos y representar a la empresa de manera profesional.
