Your MissionAs a Global HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success on a global scale. You will cultivate a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will ensure consistent implementation of HR practices across all regions in collaboration with Affiliate People teams and Corporate People & Sustainability Centers of Expertise.
Your Role- Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that support the goals and growth of the business areas, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage People function in business areas providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across the business areas.
- Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to harmonize policies and practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
