Your Role

We are seeking a Head of People Business Areas to join our People & Sustainability area. As a strategic HR leader, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success on a global scale. This role focuses on cultivating a high-performance culture, attracting, and retaining top talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that support the goals and growth of the business areas, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Lead and manage People function in business areas providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across the business areas.
  • Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to harmonize policies and practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.

Requirements

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in International environments. Experience within pharma industry preferred.
  • Experience in managing teams in an international environment
  • Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening)
  • Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programs (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to partner with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required.
  • Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills
  • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
