Job SummaryThe Head of People Business Areas will lead the development and implementation of global HR strategies that support the growth and success of our business areas. This role will focus on cultivating a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Global HR Strategies: Create and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and Manage the People Function: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure Diversity and Inclusion: Oversee the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Oversee Global HR Operations: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
- Monitor and Analyze HR Metrics: Use data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in international environments.
- Experience in managing teams in an international environment.
- Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening).
- Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programs (SAP preferred).
- Ability to partner with business leaders in a highly complex and dynamic business setting.
- Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills.
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
