Your Role at Kantox
Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Becoming an expert on Kantox's operations, the challenges we address, and the advantages we offer to enterprises.
- Conducting impactful initial discovery and qualification discussions via phone, LinkedIn, and email with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
- Assessing inbound leads by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the Kantox value proposition and its applications.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email interactions with incoming leads.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Who You Are
- Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player willing to assist colleagues when necessary.
- Have hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold outreach.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a self-motivated, achievement-oriented mindset.
- Native proficiency in French is essential.
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales or Business Development role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
