Your expertise will help us navigate the complex world of commercial finance, ensuring we deliver sustainable results and maximize ROI.
About the RoleAs a Commercial Finance - Revenue Management expert, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing commercial strategies that support our delivery of commercial plans. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to balance our commercial needs with those of our customers across the Pharmacy channel.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partner: Execute growth strategies, monitor trade investment and return culture, and ensure it's embedded across the Pharmacy channel.
- Collaborate with Sales and Category & Shopper Department to define investment strategies across sub-channels and customers.
- Monitor G2N investment vs plan and aim to maximize ROI through active participation in company key business cases.
- Lead NRM forecasting and contribute to the annual planning process across channels, coordinating commercial and finance teams to drive business results.
- Implement and monitor the Customer Growth Framework (Brand Portfolio Pricing / Pack Price Architecture / Active Mix Management / Promotion Management / Trade Investment) in Spain, making adjustments to fit country needs and resources.
- Work on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions, analyzing offer feasibility and working with KAMs and Sales Director to analyze promo efficiencies and uplifts.
- Challenge cross teams investment and resources embedded in customers, helping the organization make informed decisions based on data.
Run advanced channel P&Ls and KPIs diagnostics for sales and profitability growth. Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level to leverage insights and inform decision making. Plan and monitor trade spend in TSM module at customer & SKU level, controlling Trade Funds investment and analysis for sales channels. Ensure internal control compliance over trade spend process (COMEX Controls). Deliver recommendations to consistently win in the market through tactical and strategic activation plans.
