As a Commercial Finance - Revenue Management Specialist, you'll design, develop, and implement commercial strategies to support the delivery of commercial plans. Your goal will be to ensure internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing Haleon Consumer Healthcare commercial needs with those of our customers across the Pharmacy channel.
This role involves being the active functional ambassador, driving the recognition of value add of Net Revenue Management with customers and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Execute growth strategies, implementing management monitoring to make sure trade investment and return culture is embedded across the Pharmacy channel.
- Collaborate in the definition of the investment strategy across sub-channels and customers with Sales and Category & Shopper Department.
- Monitor G2N investment vs plan and aim to maximize ROI with an active participation in company key business cases.
- Lead NRM forecasting with direct contribution to the annual planning process across channels and coordinate commercial and finance teams to drive business results.
- Implement and monitor the Customer Growth Framework (Brand Portfolio Pricing / Pack Price Architecture / Active Mix Management / Promotion Management / Trade Investment) in Spain, making appropriate adjustments to fit country needs and resources.
- Work on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer's feasibility and work consistently with KAMs and Sales Director to analyze promo efficiencies, uplifts, etc.
- Challenge cross teams investment and resources embedded in customers, vs plan and vs LY, helping organization to take correct decisions based on data.
- Run advanced channel P&Ls and KPIs diagnostics for sales and profitability growth.
- Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level to leverage insights, directly linked to decision making.
- Plan and monitor trade spend in TSM module at customer & SKU level and control Trade Funds investment and analysis for sales channels.
- Ensure internal control compliance over trade spend process (COMEX Controls).
- Deliver recommendations to consistently win in the market through tactical and strategic activation plans.
