About the Role

The Commercial Finance - Revenue Management role at Haleon is a key position that requires a strong understanding of commercial strategies and financial planning. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the delivery of commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute growth strategies and implement management monitoring to ensure trade investment and return culture is embedded across the Pharmacy channel.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Category & Shopper Department to define the investment strategy across sub-channels and customers.
  • Monitor G2N investment vs plan and aim to maximize ROI with active participation in company key business cases.
  • Lead NRM forecasting and contribute to annual planning process across channels, coordinating commercial and finance teams to drive business results.
  • Implement and monitor the Customer Growth Framework (Brand Portfolio Pricing / Pack Price Architecture / Active Mix Management / Promotion Management / Trade Investment) in Spain, making adjustments to fit country needs and resources.
  • Work on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer's feasibility and work consistently with KAMs and Sales Director to analyze promo efficiencies, uplifts, etc., and give corrective inputs to related teams.
  • Challenge cross teams investment and resources embedded in customers, vs plan, and vs LY, helping the organization to take correct decisions based on data.
Functional Support
  • Run advanced channel P&Ls and KPIs diagnostics for sales and profitability growth.
  • Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level to leverage insights, directly linked to decision making.
  • Plan and monitor trade spend in TSM module at customer & SKU level and control Trade Funds investment and analysis for sales channels.
  • Ensure internal control compliance over trade spend process (COMEX Controls).
  • Deliver recommendations to consistently win in the market through tactical and strategic activation plans.
