**Job Summary**

As a Tendering Manager for Renewable Energy Grid Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical and commercial proposals for our power transmission services in the Iberian region. Your expertise will be essential in managing ITO activities, reviewing technical and commercial specifications, and ensuring compliance with our company's values and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage ITO activities, from specs review to preparation of technical/commercial proposals, following our company's procedures and approval principles.
  • Review technical and commercial specifications, prepare compliance tables/comments to customer specifications, and describe solutions to be presented to customers.
  • Support sales managers with technical proposal presentations and clarifications to customers, as required.
  • Revise GE proposals presented to customers according to opportunity requirements, and suggest modifications to them, with the support of our legal team.
  • Participate in approval processes, as required, according to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Closely collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Services.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure they align with our proposal and last negotiation communication.
  • Request revisions to orders, as necessary, and follow our procedure for OTR handover.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's policies, 'The Spirit and The Letter,' and promote open reporting.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Engineering and business knowledge, with possible experience in automation activities.
  • Knowledge of electricity transmission, distribution, and industrial markets, as well as substations.
  • Autonomy and rigor.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with other languages valued (Portuguese).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with different departments.
