Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our SAP Technology Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- SAP Architecture and Governance: Develop and implement SAP architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise application landscape and governance rules.
- Project Leadership: Lead technical roles in enterprise-wide project implementations, ensuring high-quality system documentation and adherence to system governance rules.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor systems for early detection of issues during project lifecycles, ensuring health and security checks are performed during project and hypercare phases.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with software vendors, service providers, and hosting partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they adhere to system governance rules and standards.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient/fluent in English language, with the ability to work with an international team.
- SAP Experience: Strong hands-on experience in complex SAP environments, with a proven track record of managing projects.
- Project Management: Proven ability to proactively manage and resolve issues in cooperation with in-house teams and multiple 3rd-party partners.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
- Education and Experience: BS or BA degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Travel Requirements: Available to travel approximately 25% of the time.
