Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and added value.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, transforming supplier relationships into strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for minor repairs, expansions, or unplanned services such as training or consultancy.
  • Lead coordination efforts with third-party vendors and ensure seamless communication with Dematic's customer service team.
  • Monitor and address customer 'open issue lists' to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate lessons learned and market opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Inform the customer service department about market processes and pain points.
  • Track and analyze NPS (client satisfaction) metrics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience in escalation management and customer relationship development.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
