About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team at Dematic. As a Solution Architect for Amazon Projects, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of quotations for modernization and expansion projects for Amazon, as well as project processing within the set deadline and budget framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales and sales managers in technical matters
  • Coordinate with IT, electrical engineering, and project management teams regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, and acceptance and ramp-up support
  • Prepare and implement customer workshops, technical and costing documents, and specification, obtaining offers and support or calculation of all trades

Requirements

  • Higher degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or business administration with a focus on logistics
  • Project experience with strong cost, time, and quality awareness
  • Experience in the logistics sector is required
  • Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries
  • Ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical working methods
  • Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages advantageous)
