Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of quotations for modernization/expansion projects, project processing, and coordination with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze customer requirements, creating concepts in collaboration with the responsible department
- Elaborate and analyze customer requirements (technical), concept creation in cooperation with the responsible department
- Coordinate with IT, electrical engineering, project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, and coordination regarding acceptance and ramp-up support
- Support sales and sales managers in technical matters, as well as supporting and coordinating the specialist departments involved
- Prepare technical and costing documents, specification, obtaining offers, and support or calculation of all trades
Requirements
- Higher degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a focus on logistics) or a comparable qualification
- Project experience with strong cost, time, and quality awareness
- Experience in the logistics sector desirable
- Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries
- Ability to work in a team, change, and problem-solving skills as well as analytical working methods
- Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility, and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages advantageous)
