Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Amazon Projects to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for preparing quotations for modernization and expansion projects for Amazon, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project processing, and collaborating with our team to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations for Amazon projects, taking into account technical requirements and project deadlines.
  • Process projects within the set budget framework, ensuring adherence to the quotation process and synchronization of external and internal milestones.
  • Elaborate and analyze Amazon technical requirements, creating concepts in collaboration with our responsible department.
  • Support the creation of drawings and specifications, as well as the arrangement and implementation of customer workshops.
  • Prepare technical and costing documents, specifying and obtaining offers, and supporting the calculation of all trades.
  • Support sales and sales managers in technical matters, as well as coordinating specialist departments involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with IT, electrical engineering, and project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, and acceptance and ramp-up support.

Requirements

  • Higher degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or business administration with a focus on logistics.
  • Project experience with strong cost, time, and quality awareness.
  • Experience in the logistics sector is required.
  • Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries.
  • Ability to work in a team, change, and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical working methods.
  • Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility, and assertiveness.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages advantageous).
