Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing project proposals for modernization and expansion projects.
• Coordinating project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to quotation processes and milestone synchronization.
• Elaborating and analyzing customer technical requirements, creating concepts in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Organizing and implementing customer workshops.
• Preparing technical and costing documents.
• Specifying, obtaining, and supporting offers for all trades.
• Providing technical support to sales and sales managers, as well as coordinating specialist departments.
• Collaborating with IT, electrical engineering, and project management teams on commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, and acceptance and ramp-up support.

Requirements:

• A higher degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or business administration with a focus on logistics.
• Project experience with strong cost, time, and quality awareness.
• Experience in the logistics sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries.
• Ability to work in a team, with change and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical working methods.
• Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Will to travel nationally and internationally.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish, with other languages being advantageous.
