Summary:

As a Strategic Go-To-Market Manager for Travel Business Intelligence at Amadeus, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and profitability by executing our go-to-market strategy for the Amadeus Agency Insights portfolio. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers, to highlight the benefits of our products, lead commercial offers, and support post-sale to ensure customer retention and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key communication link between product, sales, and customers, distributing product information and capturing market feedback.
  • Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products to secure renewals.
  • Consult with customers to help them understand and choose the right data products to solve their problems and participate in large customer engagements to win and retain business.
  • Partner with the Field and Account Management teams to build a robust GTM program, assisting with commercial proposals and closing sales.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and customer education.
  • Build confidence and expertise within the sales force by serving as the go-to product expert, providing training, sharing best practices, and supporting field activities.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing/International Business Development
  • Experience in Travel, Aviation, or related field
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex data products to customers.
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering customer-facing presentations and webinars.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
