About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern Europe market, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to support marketing strategies, product innovations, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead a team of market intelligence analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of market data, using appropriate tools and systems to provide actionable insights.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional and global teams, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure market intelligence insights are effectively communicated and coordinated into decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Validated experience of 5 years in market research, market intelligence, or related roles within the alcoholic beverages industry or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and forecasting.
  • Proven track record to derive actionable insights from sophisticated data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to optimally convey findings and recommendations to partners at all levels.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Speaking one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, or French is a plus.
