About the Role

Diageo is seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing market insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern Europe market, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market intelligence strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to support sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Validated experience of 5 years in market research, market intelligence, or related roles within the alcoholic beverages industry or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and forecasting.
  • Proven track record to derive actionable insights from sophisticated data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to optimally convey findings and recommendations to partners at all levels.
