Join Our Team as a Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team at IBA Worldwide. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our Cyclotron equipment and systems used in Proton Therapy, an advanced form of Cancer treatment.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing Preventive Maintenance missions to the highest standards in line with the maintenance schedule
  • Executing both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks ensuring the highest levels of safety
  • Delivering detailed reports to colleagues and customers
  • Repair and debug subsystems following documented procedures
  • Test equipment/systems according to specifications following documented procedures
  • Supporting our Field Service Teams in North America and Asia when required
  • Supporting Engineers during Corrective Maintenance and Emergency missions
  • Supporting R&D developments both on-site and at our assembly halls in Belgium
  • Supporting Clinical Operations on our Proton Therapy sites
