Job Title: Software Field Service Engineer

As a Software Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical energy management systems are operating at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support for customers in the areas of hardware/software installation, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EPMS, DCIM, and SCADA systems.
  • Collaborate with software configuration engineers to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, and training.
  • Work with junior Field Service Representatives to provide technical guidance and support in the field.
  • Support the development of a collaborative and result-oriented working environment within the team.
  • Ensure safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical, and electronic procedures.
Requirements:
  • Computer science or electrical engineering background with relevant education and qualifications.
  • Relevant years of service experience in providing field service for engineering projects with complex working scope.
  • Familiarity with EPMS/DCIM/BMS software offerings and associated products such as SQL and MS/Linux OS.
  • Networking knowledge and certifications, virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V), and teamwork, communication skills, customer focus, flexibility.
