As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a technical team dedicated to strategic client projects, where you will receive specialized training on our range of digital energy solutions to prepare you for success.

Your Mission:

Working directly under the supervision of the Energy Services Execution Coordinator, your mission will consist of developing preventive or corrective maintenance, implementing start-ups, and developing repairs and tests of our equipment.

Main Responsibilities and Functions:

Develop field technician functions for service activities under the supervision of your coordinator (focused on developing advanced services and protection)
Implementation of protection and selectivity studies
Expert testing using specific testing equipment based on documentation provided by OT
Expert testing
Installation and commissioning of new equipment
Maintenance of preventive and corrective maintenance of the installed park of the client
Attend service calls in a timely and effective manner for repairs and problem resolution
Provide technical information and assistance on the Power Products and Solutions range internally and externally.
Report site visits including; spare parts, defective spare parts, and equipment repairs.
