Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the customer's business, including their goals, challenges, and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies to drive customer success.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
