Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Manager, der die strategische Entwicklung unserer DACH-Kunden im Einzelhandelskanal leiten und unser Kundenportfolio mit Fokus auf Eigenmarken verwalten kann.

Zielsetzung und Aufgabenbereiche

Als Key Account Manager werden Sie:

  • Strategien und Ziele für unsere Kunden entwickeln, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung von Eigenmarkenprodukten liegt.
  • Großkundenpläne im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie für den Geschäftsbereich und die Gruppe umsetzen und nachverfolgen.
  • Alle Aspekte der kommerziellen Verhandlungen, der Verkaufsentwicklung und der Kundenschnittstellen verwalten.
  • Regelmäßige Kundentermine durchführen und Materialien für Kundengespräche vorbereiten.
  • Die im Jahresbudget festgelegten Umsatz- und Margenziele erreichen.
  • Prognosen und Prognosegenauigkeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Demand Manager abstimmen.
  • Verkaufs- und Marktdaten analysieren, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln.
  • Marktinformationen durch regelmäßige Testkäufe und rechtzeitige interne Kommunikation verwalten.
  • Aktiv nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Partnerschaften suchen.
Erfahrungen

Wir suchen nach:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahren Vertriebserfahrung in einem B2B-Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Eigenmarkenprodukte.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Arbeit mit deutschen Einzelhandelskunden.
  • Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Zahlen zu interpretieren und strategisch zu denken.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in (Power) BI und Excel sowie gute Powerpoint-Kenntnisse.
