Overview

The Admissions Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding and advising candidates through the graduate program application process. This individual will work closely with the commercial team to develop a robust recruitment and sales strategy for master's programs. The Admissions Manager will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of the program, collaborating with the academic management team and the commercial team.

Responsibilities

Key Action Areas:

  • Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admissions process.
  • Conduct admission interviews, specializing in professional and young professional profiles.
  • Develop effective communication with Senior Managers of all five schools.
  • Plan and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-campus and virtually.
  • Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department on national and international events.
  • Develop strategies to ensure success in recruiting high-caliber domestic and international students.
  • Support the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions.
  • Lead the admissions process and follow-up with prospective students.
  • Follow up and support analysis of sales results to propose growth solutions.
  • Assist with the planning, editing, and review of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the development of IE University's brand identity nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a top university.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish as a second language or native is desirable.
  • European work permit is preferable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates from all over the world.
  • Visionary problem solver and change agent.
  • Strategic, innovative, creative, and embracing new approaches and technology.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective resource management.
