Job Title: Manager, Global Admissions

IE Business School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Admissions team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising candidates through the graduate program application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment and sales strategy to attract high-caliber domestic and international students.
  • Collaborate with the academic management team to continuously improve the graduate programs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conduct admission interviews and provide excellent communication with Senior Managers of all five schools.
  • Plan and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-campus and virtually.
  • Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department on national and international events.
  • Develop strategies to ensure success in recruiting high-caliber students while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions.
  • Lead the admissions process and follow-up with prospective students to ensure a smooth running of the process.
  • Follow up and support analysis of sales results to propose growth solutions.
  • Assist with the planning, editing, and review of marketing materials to facilitate prospective students' interaction and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from a top university.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish as a second language or native is desirable.
  • European work permit is preferable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates from all over the world.
  • Visionary problem solver and change agent.
  • Strategic, innovative, creative, and embracing new approaches and technology.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective resource management.
