EMEA Account Manager for AWS Solutions

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is actively enhancing its remote sales capabilities to foster growth within a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprises.
As an Account Manager at AWS, your primary responsibility will be to apply your acquisition expertise, leveraging targeted campaigns tailored to specific solutions to increase the utilization of both existing and new AWS offerings.
This role encompasses the entire sales cycle, and you will utilize your sales acumen and technical knowledge to proactively engage with clients, facilitating their transition to cloud technologies.
To fully capitalize on the innovative and scalable services provided by AWS, you will collaborate with internal teams to connect with clients, assisting them in achieving their strategic goals while adapting to evolving market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass revenue and performance targets within a designated territory.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account and territory strategy to manage and expand multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Articulate and promote compelling value propositions surrounding AWS services.
- Facilitate customer adoption of AWS solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance outreach and drive adoption.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
Experience in selling cloud solutions within a software environment or equivalent.
Experience in engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, IT departments, and business lines across organizations or equivalent.
Familiarity with current and emerging technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in technical sales for B2B or within a solution-sales/technology-focused environment.
Background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Domain expertise with Small and Medium Enterprises.
