Job Title: Technical Account Manager, ES EMEA

At Amazon, we're seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in ES EMEA. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a critical role in helping our partners maximize the value of cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive partner adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Provide technical guidance and advocacy for customers, ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, and analytics in a distributed systems environment.
  • Experience in technical engineering and a bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual Russian/German language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments as a technical lead.
