About the Team

Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Feverup business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Feverup. Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Feverup business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.

About the Role

As a Strategic Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall company performance across different business departments that work in the Portuguese-speaking market. You will define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills. You will create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth. You will work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on the Portuguese-speaking market, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries). You will report directly to global growth managers.

About You

You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background. You have at least 3 years of experience in an analytics role. You are a data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions. You generate high business impact based on your decisions. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias toward data-based decision. You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines, departments, and business cases. Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...). You have an advanced level of English and Portuguese speaker. Other languages are a plus. You are a proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker.
