Printful is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes that enhance the user experience of our Printful service.
Key Responsibilities- Review and audit the user experience of the Printful service, identifying areas for improvement within specific user journeys.
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
- Simplify and distill complex processes into simple, intuitive, and efficient UX/UI.
- Mentor other designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow professionally.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve design quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
- 6-8 years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, with a strong background in user-centered design, design thinking, and design processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in ecommerce UX design, with a focus on complex workflows and good design principles.
- Leadership skills, demonstrated through offering clear, actionable feedback to teams.
- The ability to collaborate, listen, and learn from others, remaining open to alternative perspectives and ideas.
- The ability to handle ambiguity and high complexity, proposing recommendations and solutions without having all the information.
