About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy German Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our communications company, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the setup and optimization of their PPC campaigns, identifying client needs and objectives, and driving increased spending, upselling, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert guidance on PPC campaign setup and optimization
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client objectives and develop tailored solutions
  3. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  4. Manage a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, ensuring exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  1. Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  3. BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus)
  4. 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  7. Analytical mindset and client-focused approach, with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions
