About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy German Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our communications company, you will be responsible for guiding clients through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns, identifying client needs and objectives, and driving increased spending, upselling, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert guidance on PPC campaign setup and optimization
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, ensuring exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Proficiency in German language
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
