Your Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of new clients, helping them create their first online advertising campaigns and making a significant impact on their business. You will be responsible for guiding customers through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns, identifying client needs and objectives, and driving increased spending, upselling, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant, guiding customers through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Identify client needs and objectives
  • Drive increased spending, upselling, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone
Requirements
  • Proficiency level of German
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong communication skills for phone pitches and proposals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and client-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
