Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a short-term position that requires immediate start and will last until the end of December 2024. The role involves a hybrid work model.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital advertising campaigns, reviewing analytics, and making appropriate suggestions based on the resulting data.
  • Manage Performance Digital MKT Campaigns (including paid social channels, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Paid Search, and In-app Recruitment) through end-to-end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with members of our team, analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop, and execute Digital marketing campaigns for Acquisition Channels.
  • Execute media-buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) including financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search, or In-App Conversions landscape.
  • A good understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) as well as leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email Mkt, affiliates, Online Display, MMP Platforms, etc.).
