Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the setup and optimization of their PPC campaigns. You will identify client needs and objectives, drive increased spending, and handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert guidance on PPC campaign setup and optimization
  • Identify client needs and objectives, and develop strategies to meet them
  • Drive increased spending and upselling through effective campaign management
  • Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Danish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong communication skills for phone pitches and proposals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and client-focused approach
