The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international Activation team. The role will cover operations for Germany, with the rest of the team working from across Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather all necessary information to set up our SaaS products for clients in the German market.
  2. Manage client requests and prioritize workflow.
  3. Configure websites and CRM systems for clients to use our SaaS products.
  4. Perform product configuration to meet client requirements.
  5. Present progress and final products to clients and address queries.
  6. Manage tickets in collaboration with the R&D team.
  7. Follow up with developers and product expert teams.
  8. Collaborate with Success Managers to control project scope.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in stakeholder management and providing technical support for web-based products using CMS tools. Additionally, they should possess:

  1. Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Capability to act as a power user for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, and marketing automation platforms.
  3. Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
  4. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  5. Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.
  6. Notion of SEO, including loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptions.
  7. Understanding of PHP development is a plus.
  8. German native level and fluent English.
