About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, managing website content, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support our brands in different areas of digital marketing, with a specific focus on website and content management and maintenance, for assets across the Southern Europe cluster.
  2. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  3. Manage the creation and upload of engaging content for our brand websites.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Key Projects

  1. Coordinate the migration of 90 websites to the new DxP platform, in close collaboration with the Digital IT team.
  2. Review and prioritize the cluster website pipeline with the web agency and supervise content update petitions so they are completed successfully in a timely manner.
  3. Support the SEO team in the optimized content creation, approval, and publication process.
  4. Build, analyze, and present website performance reports, gathering insights and recommendations for improvement for our digital assets.
  5. UI/UX: Understand user needs and apply UX methodologies, including user research, personas, user journeys, experience mapping, usability testing, etc., to ensure consumers have the best possible experience.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other cluster languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek would be a plus).
