We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on German or Dutch markets. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns to improve client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent German or Dutch language skills (C2 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
