Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Motork, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international Activation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting up our SaaS products for clients in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather information required to set up SaaS products for clients
  • Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
  • Configure websites and CRM systems for clients
  • Present progress and final products to clients
  • Collaborate with R&D team on ticket management
  • Work with developers and product expert teams
  • Cooperate with Success Manager on project scope control
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in stakeholder management and technical support
  • Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of CMS tools and front-end technologies
  • Ability to convert layouts into working HTML pages
  • Understanding of SEO principles and PHP development
  • German native level and fluent English
