About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EEE Parts Application and Radiation Effects Engineer to join our team at Airbus, a leading aerospace company. As a key member of our Electronic Parts and Assemblies Center of Competences Spain, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our space technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Expertise: Provide global support to local design teams on EEE technical, technology, application, and radiation topics.
  2. Component Management: Gate new component introductions, manage second sources, and contribute to EEE parts roadmaps.
  3. Global Support: Offer technical expertise for EEE data on databases, prepare technical notes on EEE devices, and support local design teams on technical notes related to EEE parts usage.
  4. Project Support: Contribute to project development phases, from bid-phase to unit delivery, and ensure conformance of subcontracted equipment to project radiation requirements.
  5. Collaboration: Establish and support a strong interaction within the Electronic Parts and Assemblies center of competence, promote and apply Airbus DS standards and processes, and review subcontractors' performance and documents.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in Engineering or Physics with a specific focus on active and passive components.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the area of active and passive components, with strong interfacing to electronics design communities.
  3. Language: English and Spanish at negotiation level.
  4. Certifications: None specified.
