We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for reporting and controlling the parts and services business for our Sales Area.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for the parts and services division.
- Conduct profitability analysis on a portfolio/customer/contract level.
- Manage the forecasting and estimation process for the parts and services organization.
- Support the parts and services business line management (BLM) and territory sales teams in commercial decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy of operational data for the parts and services business.
- Develop and implement reporting and controlling processes to provide timely support for stakeholders.
- Drive improvement in data visualization and digitalization to support quick and fact-based decision making.
- Contribute to achieving Sales Area objectives by implementing strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with the territory controller to accomplish initiatives from the parts and services division level.
- Provide data and business insights to monitor and optimize service standards excellence and parts/service revenues.
- Produce risk analysis reports.
- Maintain and develop measurement definitions and reporting procedures.
- Follow up and monitor continuous improvement initiatives/programs for maintenance and operational excellence and sales execution.
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics and 5+ years of experience in the field of finance. You will be service-minded, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required, and experience with Aurora or BPC systems is a plus.
LocationThe location for this position is within the Southern Europe, Middle East, and CIS region.
