About Ecolab's Healthcare Division:

Ecolab's healthcare division is a leading provider of innovative solutions for a sustainable, safe, and healthy world. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in a pivotal role that requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

About the Role:

This position is highly collaborative and visible across various functions. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of the Healthcare Europe marketing strategy, demonstrating exceptional communication, collaboration, and customer-centric problem-solving skills. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division through strategic planning and marketing programs.
  • Develop deep customer and market insights, staying updated on industry trends and communicating opportunities to the team.
  • Drive comprehensive solutions for targeted segments within the healthcare sector.
  • Contribute to short and long-term digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network for specific segments.
  • Collaborate with key functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
  • Travel up to 25% for face-to-face customer interactions and team support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred work location in Barcelona, Spain
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in matrix organizations
  • Team leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with customer-facing presentations and sales
  • CRM experience is a plus
