About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Healthcare Marketing Team at Ecolab. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, retention, and profitability of our healthcare division in the designated market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support sales growth and retention in the healthcare division.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and R&D, to develop and implement marketing strategies.

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches and customer events.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers in the healthcare industry.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and retention.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
