Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division through strategic planning and marketing programs.
- Develop deep customer and market insights, staying updated on industry trends and communicating opportunities to the team.

- Contribute to short and long-term digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network for specific segments.
- Collaborate with key functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
- Travel up to 25% for face-to-face customer interactions and team support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Team leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities
