Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist Healthcare

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Healthcare team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our Healthcare Europe marketing strategy and driving sales growth, retention, and profitability in the designated market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support sales growth and retention in the Healthcare division.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Healthcare market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and R&D, to develop and implement marketing campaigns and customer events.
  • Manage the KOL network for specific segments and leverage customer relationships to develop in-depth market knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans for product launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience in the Healthcare sector.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Preferred work location is Barcelona area (Spain).
