Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist Healthcare

Ecolab's Healthcare division is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and customer engagement. As a key member of the Healthcare Marketing Team, you will be responsible for executing the Healthcare Europe marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing in-depth customer and market knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support sales growth, retention, and profitability of the Healthcare division through strategic planning and marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, staying up-to-date with customer trends through regular VOC, field visits, and industry associations.
  • Drive a total solution for responsible segments, focusing on IP stakeholders within the Healthcare environment.
  • Contribute to the development of short and long-term strategy and execution plan for digital marketing.
  • Manage the KOL network for specific segments and create marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for product launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing teams to achieve business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Preferred work location in the Barcelona area
