About the Role:
The Marketing Director will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the uniformity of processes across different Business Units (BUs). This individual will be responsible for keeping the General Manager well-informed about the business's progress and supporting Unit Managers in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Standardization: Collaborate with Business Unit Managers to standardize processes across BUs, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to marketing activities.
- Business Intelligence: Provide regular updates to the General Manager on the evolution of BUs, including threats and opportunities generated by the IVD market.
- Marketing Alignment: Work with Business Unit Managers to ensure that all launches of new products and services are performed under a unified pattern, maintaining a clear and consistent brand message.
- Strategic Objectives: Secure alignment of marketing activities with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the overall business success.
- Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the Sales Director, Area Managers, and Business Unit Managers to prepare the budget.
- Process Improvement: Identify common problems in BUs and develop innovative solutions to simplify processes, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Supervise relationships with key stakeholders, including represented companies in each Business Unit.
- Market Access: Design and implement market access strategies to ensure product availability and reimbursement (if applicable).
- Health Economics: Design and oversee health economics studies to support the value proposition of products.
- Clinical Selling: Develop and execute clinical selling strategies to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance market positioning and drive business growth.
- Marketing Strategies: Implement and manage multichannel marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
