About the Role

Cpm International is a global company with a presence in over 30 countries, offering multilingual support in various languages tailored to the needs of our diverse markets. We focus on customer service, sales, and technical support solutions for clients worldwide.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and respond to client requests (by email and chat) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Identify technical incidents, comprehend them, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach.
  • Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
Requirements
  • A fluent level of French (spoken and written).
  • A high level of English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions.
  • Ability to work within a team, be easy-going, and adjust quickly to new environments.
Benefits
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  • Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year.
  • Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month.
  • Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 to 4 days per week at the office.
  • Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office.
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
