About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and responding to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyzing client situations to provide accurate and effective solutions
- Identifying technical incidents, diagnosing them, and providing suitable solutions
- Offering personalized solutions with a positive approach
- Organizing product returns and following up on exchanges and repairs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and provide individualized solutions
- Experience working in a dynamic, multicultural team
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and follow procedures
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of €21,000.00 gross per year
- A performance bonus up to €150 gross per month
- 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
