About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and responding to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyzing client situations to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Identifying technical incidents, diagnosing them, and providing suitable solutions
  • Offering personalized solutions with a positive approach
  • Organizing product returns and following up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
  • A high level of English
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and provide individualized solutions
  • Experience working in a dynamic, multicultural team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and follow procedures
