Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution. You will analyze client situations, identify technical incidents, and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions
- Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide appropriate solutions
- Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
- A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
- Ability to work within a team and adjust quickly to new environments
- Competitive salary
- Performance bonus up to €150 gross per month
- 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
